Ejemplo DNIe Catastro

La aplicación "DnieCatastro" implementa en un modo completamente real las consultas básicas disponibles en el portal del Catastro, tanto consultas on-line como descarga de certificados y documentos oficiales.

Utilizando su dispositivo NFC y el DNIe 3.0 podrá acceder de manera segura a los siguientes servicios real del portal de la Sede Electrónica del Catastro:

- Listado de Inmuebles. Permite conocer el listado de los inmuebles de que dispone el ciudadano.

- Datos del inmueble. Información relativa a un inmueble determinado.

- Consultar expedientes. Desde esta opción puede obtenerse información sobre los expedientes que tenga abiertas con el Catastro el ciudadano.

- Descarga de Certificado de Inmueble. Permite solicitar y descargar en tiempo real un certificado con los bienes del ciudadano en un determinado municipio. Genera tanto certificados con los inmuebles como un certificado negativo en caso de no disponer de ninguno en ese municipio.

- Descarga de descripción gráfica. Solicitud y generación en tiempo real del un documento con la toda descripción catastral de un determinado inmueble.

La aplicación permite almacenar los documentos PDF descargados por el usuario, de manera que puedan ser enviados a terceros o utilizados posteriormente en cualquier otro trámite.

Todos los documentos PDF de la Sede Electrónica del Catastro que se descargan con esta aplicación se pueden verificar con el servicio de cotejo de documentos del propio Catastro. Presentando en ese servicio de verificación el código CSV (Código Seguro de Verificación) del documento descargado, se puede comprobar que dicho documento es auténtico.

The "DnieCatastro" application implemented in a completely real way the basic queries available on the website of Cadastre, both online consultations and download certificates and official documents.

Using the NFC and DNIe 3.0 device can securely access the following actual services portal Electronic Office of Cadastre:

- List of Properties. It allows to know the list of properties available to the citizen.

- Property information. Information relating to a particular property.

- Consult records. From here you can obtain information about the files you have open with the Land Registry citizens.

- Download Certificate of property. Request and it allows real-time download a certificate with the goods of citizens in a given municipality. It generates both properties certified as a negative certificate should not have any in the municipality.

- Download graphic description. Application and real-time generation of a document with all cadastral description of a particular property.

The application allows you to store PDF documents downloaded by the user, so they can be sent to third parties or subsequently used in any other process.

All PDF documents Electronic Office of Cadastre that are downloaded with this application can be verified with the service collating documents Land Registry itself. Presenting in that the CSV verification service code (Secure Verification Code) of the downloaded document, you can check that the document is authentic.
